Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a planned design-bid-build construction project. The work is expected to include a new two-story, 12,500-square-foot dialysis center; remodeling approximately 3,400 square feet of existing space; rerouting an emergency access road; related earthwork and retaining work; and installation of dialysis reverse-osmosis plumbing components and waste lines. The project includes labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and other construction-related services. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation or request for a bid or proposal. Interested contractors are asked to submit a capability statement describing their qualifications, bonding capacity, relevant projects, technical skills, key personnel, and self-performed work. Responses are limited to eight single-sided pages, must be submitted as a single application-generated PDF of no more than 4 MB, and are due by October 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The anticipated construction magnitude is $10 million to $20 million, and the estimated duration is 730 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
