Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with J. David Gladstone Institutes for flow cytometry core services. This service is critical for analyzing freshly isolated live cells from patient skin samples, which must be processed immediately due to their fragility and the need for rapid analysis. The J. David Gladstone Institutes is the only facility within a reasonable distance that can process these samples within a one-day notice, ensuring the integrity of molecular profiling for skin inflammation. The period of performance for this requirement is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with an estimated amount of $26,589.24. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but serves as a notification of the government's intent to execute a non-competitive action.
