Description
The City and County of San Francisco, through its Public Works department, is soliciting proposals for Design-Build services for the 1660 Mission Health Recovery and Connection Center project. This contract is subject to the San Francisco Citywide Project Labor Agreement. Proposers must submit a Safety Prequalification Form and corresponding OSHA forms from the previous three years with their proposal. Registration with the DIR is required for all public works projects. Minimum wage rates must comply with the State Department of Industrial Relations General Prevailing Wage and San Francisco's Minimum Compensation Ordinance. Contract awards are subject to approval by the Public Works Commission and certification of funds by the Controller.
