Description
The City of Camden is accepting applications for its Facade Grant Program, which provides a reimbursable matching grant of up to $10,000 per building for exterior improvements to commercial and mixed-use buildings in the historic downtown and Dusty Bend districts. Eligible improvements include facade cleaning, painting, signage replacement, canopy and awning installation, window and door replacement, mortar joint repair, and cornice repair. The grant is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as funds are available, and requires a dollar-for-dollar match. Applications are due by October 30 at 12:00 PM, and all projects must be completed by May 31. Interested applicants must submit a completed application form, project plans, color samples, photographs, and at least two cost estimates.
