Description
The City seeks tree-cutting services at two parcels, 2163 and 2370 Godby Road, totaling approximately 6.231 acres. Work is limited to cutting designated existing trees within authorized clearing limits, protecting areas and features designated to remain, and removing all tree debris from the site for lawful disposal or processing. Stump removal, grinding, grubbing, general brush clearing, grading, and site preparation are excluded. Optional on-site wood-chip placement requires prior written authorization and separate pricing. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, and supervision, verify unclear work limits with the owner or representative, and obtain required permits. The solicitation requires the prime contractor to perform at least 51% of the project. A mandatory pre-bid conference is specified, and the bid package includes a proposal form, addendum acknowledgment, questionnaire, reference request, affidavits, subcontractor forms, and other listed items.
