Description
The City of South Fulton is soliciting proposals to establish a multiple-award pool of contractors for as-needed vertical and horizontal construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, facility and site improvements, and emergency response services. Work may include concrete, landscaping and grounds improvements, plumbing, building renovations, pavement and drainage work, utility and site improvements, fencing, park improvements, storm-damage response, water-intrusion response, temporary stabilization, and related infrastructure repairs at City-owned or controlled facilities, parks, grounds, roadways, and other assets. Services will be issued through written task orders and notices to proceed, with no guaranteed minimum workload. Contractors may propose for one or more service categories and must demonstrate applicable licensing, at least five years of relevant experience, and at least three comparable projects completed within the previous five years for each category sought. The initial master-agreement term is 12 months with four optional one-year renewals. Emergency-response categories require 24/7 availability and specified response times. Proposals must include technical qualifications, staffing and equipment information, project examples, safety information, references, subcontractor information, required certifications and affidavits, and separate technical and cost proposal materials.
