Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to The Center, LLC for the lease or rental of 199 parking spaces within a five-minute walking distance of the Omaha VA Medical Center. The requirement is classified under NAICS 812930, Parking Lots and Garages, and PSC X1LZ, Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive quotations.
