Description
The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management is soliciting bids for Bid Pack 5A of the Customs House Renovation and Addition at 516 N. King Street in Wilmington. The scope specifically includes interior signage, audiovisual systems, structured cabling, and final cleaning. The bid package also includes associated construction documents and coordination requirements for the work. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount plus all additive alternates is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Bidders must submit the applicable bid forms, non-collusion statement, subcontractor list, and other required procurement forms; the craft-training affidavit is required before contract execution rather than with the bid.
