Description
The State of Oklahoma is seeking an on-call HVAC contractor to provide 24/7-365 service and equipment-failure response for Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services facilities, including Griffin Memorial Hospital Annex, the Children's Recovery Center, Leland Wolf, and Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center. The contractor must respond to service requests within two hours, diagnose and repair or replace failed equipment, provide labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment, communicate discovered issues to facility staff, and provide standard and after-hours rates. The scope also includes annual and operational inspections, preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, maintenance of air handlers, building exhaust fans, building-management-system controls, and VAV actuators, refrigerant recovery and reclamation, and immediate debris removal. Work must comply with applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements, and employees must follow facility check-in, safety, identification, scheduling, and insurance requirements. The contract uses annual on-call pricing, with the first-year total forming the basis of award and four option years for renewal.
