Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking multiple providers for an on-call, as-needed, Service Request-based agreement for title and escrow services in Lassen County. The scope includes preliminary title reports, title record searches, statements of record ownership, title report updates, document preparation and signing, electronic recording, disbursement services, electronic receipt and printing of loan and homeowner association documents, residential and commercial title insurance policies, litigation guarantees, and escrow services for transportation projects. The solicitation remains an Invitation for Bid and requires bidders to comply with Addenda Nos. 1 and 2. The bid submission deadline was extended to September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with bid opening at 2:30 p.m. The agreement is expected to support multiple providers, with work assigned through service requests.
