Description

The City of Granbury is soliciting proposals for the purchase and delivery of bulk sodium hypochlorite 12.5% (NaOCl), liquid ammonium sulfate (LAS), and sodium hydroxide 25% (NaOH) for one water treatment plant and two wastewater treatment plants. Estimated annual quantities are 68,000 gallons of sodium hypochlorite, 15,000 gallons of liquid ammonium sulfate, and 40,000 gallons of sodium hydroxide, for a total estimated annual volume of 123,000 gallons. Actual purchases are not guaranteed. The vendor must provide compliant products, product specifications, technical and safety data sheets, applicable certificates of analysis, reliable normal and emergency delivery, transportation and unloading equipment, and safe handling and delivery. Proposals must include unit pricing per gallon, delivery capabilities, references, and the required forms and supporting documentation. The initial contract term is two years, with up to three additional one-year renewals subject to mutual agreement and City approval.
