The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for construction of the Heist Spirits Distillery Expansion Project, Project No. LS 25-26. Bid documents are available at no charge by emailing NIRA Consulting Engineers, Inc.; only contract documents obtained directly from NIRA will be accepted. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. The contractor must be able to initiate work within 45 days of contract execution and complete the work within 60 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Applicable minimum wage and nondiscrimination requirements apply. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities.
