Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding up to three firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contracts for maintenance dredging and/or clearing and snagging at government lock facilities, open-channel areas within commercial navigation limits, and navigable tributaries of the Ohio River system. The shared capacity for task orders across the contracts is not to exceed $45 million. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated for technical capability, proposed marine floating plant and equipment, past performance, and a Small Business Participation Plan. Offerors must provide one to three similar projects completed or at least 90% complete within the preceding seven years, and must self-perform at least 50% of each project’s total cost. The opportunity is open to businesses of all sizes; large-business awardees must comply with the stated small-business subcontracting plan requirement.
