Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting qualifications from qualified nonprofit and for-profit consultant and design teams to redesign the 10.5-acre Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Campus. The selected team will develop a comprehensive master plan and multidisciplinary design concepts for a reimagined, community-centered campus. Applicants must be Texas-registered businesses or authorized to work in Texas. The work is to be performed under a one-year professional services contract, with one optional one-year renewal at the City's discretion. The City Council approved funding for the initiative through a Congressional Project Grant.
