Description
The Metropolitan Utilities District is requesting qualifications and proposals from professional engineering or architectural firms licensed in Nebraska to evaluate the Bedford Avenue Pump Station, provide rehabilitation recommendations, and design the major renovation and rehabilitation. The selected consultant will prepare plans and specifications. Proposals must include one electronic PDF copy submitted by email and five hard copies. Personnel Effort and Cost information in Section 7 must be submitted only in hard copy in a separate sealed envelope and excluded from both the electronic proposal and the five hard copies. The proposal should be clear and concise and no longer than necessary to address the requirements.
