Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a turnkey, commercial or modified commercial automated student processing platform for the Student Personnel Center at Sheppard Air Force Base. The solution must operate within the Air Force Microsoft Office 365 environment and replace paper-based student in/out-processing with profile-based workflows, electronic relocation folders, document routing, role-based access, messaging, dashboards, reporting, deadline notifications, electronic CAC-based signatures, document printing, offline continuity capabilities, and controlled access to sensitive information. It must support up to 5,000 active student records, approximately 10,000 students annually, recurring CSV and TXT data uploads, configurable mandatory and variable document packages, and future scalability. The scope includes configuration, deployment, on-site training for up to 130 users over five days, operations and troubleshooting manuals, annual licensing and software support, helpdesk assistance, maintenance, warranty services, and compliance with applicable Department of Defense, Air Force, Privacy Act, PII, CUI, cybersecurity, CAC, and Office 365 requirements. The contract is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price award with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside.
