Description
St. Lawrence College is seeking a systems integrator and implementation partner for Phase 1 of a multi-year student experience transformation. The selected partner will establish a new, greenfield Salesforce environment and a standalone Digital Front Door for student services, with the architecture designed to support future institutional expansion. The scope includes Salesforce product and licensing recommendations; CRM and Digital Front Door configuration; student recruitment and communications; incoming and outgoing email and SMS; full case creation and cross-department case management; knowledge, intake, routing, and service workflows; agreed data migration from existing Salesforce environments; PeopleSoft, OCAS, and IAS data exchanges using existing files and ETL processes; testing, security and privacy support, accessibility validation, training, knowledge transfer, organizational-readiness artifacts, deployment, and hypercare/stabilization. Conversational AI, generative AI, voice/telephony, new middleware, and ongoing managed services are out of scope. Proponents must submit a 40-page non-pricing proposal, a line-by-line technical traceability response, a draft agreement, completed submission and pricing forms, accessibility and WSIB forms, three to five client references, and fixed pricing that separately identifies implementation, hypercare, travel, hourly rates, reimbursables, and optional recommendations.
