Description
The City of McMinnville is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering and other professional services for sanitary sewer rehabilitation or replacement within the NW High School Basin. The project aims to reduce inflow and infiltration and includes development of a conceptual plan and 100% construction documents. The anticipated negotiated fee is expected to exceed $250,000. Proposals will be evaluated under Oregon's qualifications-based selection procedures, and the project does not involve federal funds.
