Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, Correctional Industries Huntingdon, requires one Roland XG-640 Eco-Solvent Printer/Cutter; no substitutes will be accepted. The equipment must meet the stated dimensional, media-handling, printing and cutting, color, speed, connectivity, power, environmental, and operating specifications. The package must include the dedicated stand, power cord, media take-up unit, media holders, replacement blade, cleaning liquid, drain bottle, user manual, VersaWorks 7 RIP software, and connection hub, along with the specified features and an extended warranty/service plan. The contractor must deliver the equipment FOB destination, install it upon delivery, provide device training for two to four people, and provide device updates for the length of the warranty/service plan. The bidder must submit the completed Reciprocal Limitations Act requirements and Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP-2201) with the bid, and attach machine specifications. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder based on the total bid; quantities are estimated and may vary.
