Description
North Providence School Department is soliciting a contractor to upgrade existing lighting systems at Birchwood and Ricci Middle Schools. The addendum provides detailed installation schedules covering LED wall washes, flat panels, wraps, high bays, downlights, wall packs, floods, pole lights, linear fixtures, and networked sensors. The contractor will supply and install the listed fixtures and lighting controls, maintain existing emergency systems and local switching, disconnect and remove designated existing equipment, program and commission the networked controls, and verify quantities and site conditions after award. The work requires licensed electrical personnel, supervision, equipment, permits, removal and disposal or recycling of existing materials, surface restoration, cleaning, and a three-year parts-and-labor warranty. The proposal must include the provided Cost Proposal Form, proposed manufacturer or brand information, delivery or completion timing, and the required licensed electrician information and current license. The award will be based on the lowest qualified evaluated bid.
