Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small-business contractor to provide office workplace furniture for three administrative offices. The scope includes design and space planning, site verification, furniture and workstation products, delivery, assembly, installation, electrical connections, removal and disposal or warehousing of existing furniture, and final cleaning and acceptance. The work includes relocating and reconfiguring three existing workstations, installing two new workstations, and furnishing additional desks, storage, panels, lighting, power and communication components, seating, and related accessories. The solicitation identifies Teknion LLC as the brand name, while permitting equal products that meet the Statement of Work. An alternative-brand quote must include detailed technical specifications and product data sheets. Quotes must include unit pricing for every line item, a price breakdown showing list price, discount, and net price, a delivery date meeting 45 days after receipt of award, design drawings with technical data, the completed solicitation, and required offeror representations and certifications. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed manufacturer, and installation must be performed under the oversight of a manufacturer-certified installer. Amendment 0001 requires vendors to sign and acknowledge the amendment and changes the site visit to September 8, 2026, questions deadline to September 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, and quote deadline to September 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
