Description
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Maternal and Child Health Program seeks to establish and maintain a statewide information and resource contact center. The service must accept telephone calls, text messages, and online chats five business days per week during standard business hours, excluding holidays, and maintain a 24-hour website containing information and resources for the maternal and child health population. The contact center will provide statewide access to locally relevant health and support services aligned with Colorado's seven maternal and child health priorities, including nutrition security, housing, economic stability, coordinated intake and referral systems, perinatal well-being, the built environment, and social connectedness. The sole-source justification identifies Mile High United Way as the vendor and states an agreement term from October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2032, with an estimated total project value of $525,000.
