Description
The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments seeks professional telecommunications brokerage services for its Cincinnati office. The selected firm will assess current telecommunications needs, obtain competitive quotes from multiple carriers, evaluate service options, recommend rate and service plans, provide rate projections and forecasting for budgeting, and act as OKI's liaison with carriers to resolve service issues. The engagement also includes ongoing customer service, account support, contract management, and future procurement assistance. The SOQ must include a cover sheet, approach to the project and management of subcontractors, three relevant work examples, conflict-of-interest and bribery statement, DBE/SBE documentation, and certification regarding lobbying. Cost proposals must not be included in the SOQ.
