Description
The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is requesting bids for a project involving the removal and replacement of roofing systems on five log cabins located at the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station (CWES). The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, repairs as needed, and the installation of new steel roofing systems. The new roofing will consist of 26-gauge Classic Green metal panels with specific dimensions and components such as trim, fasteners, and related repair materials. The project is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, and be completed by August 31, 2026. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit prior to submitting a bid.
