Description
This solicitation is for a mechanical tilt frame angle C blade package, including installation, for a crawler tractor. The package must include the angle blade, C-frame assembly, and all necessary hardware, hydraulic components, and bracing for full operational capability. The blade and C-frame assembly should have a minimum width of 168 inches and function as a 6-way blade for grading, cutting, and earthmoving. The C-frame must allow for manual positioning of the blade to three angles to the left and three to the right, and include tilt cylinders for powered upward and downward blade tilt. The equipment must be compatible with the government-owned crawler tractor without requiring modifications beyond standard mounting procedures. Installation by the contractor is required, including removal of the existing blade and installation of the new one. The manufacturer's standard commercial warranty is required. The delivery schedule indicates 90 calendar days from the date of award, with pricing valid until September 30, 2026.
