Description
The City of Branson is seeking a qualified contractor to inspect, evaluate, maintain, and repair multiple crane and hoist systems at municipal water and wastewater facilities. The scope includes electrical and mechanical inspections, preventive maintenance, repair recommendations with estimated costs, load-hook dye-penetrant testing, load testing when required, and detailed inspection reports. The contractor must have at least three years of crane and hoist inspection, maintenance, and repair experience and comply with applicable OSHA requirements, including 29 CFR 1910.179. Services will be performed on an as-requested basis, with regular and after-hours rates, separate quotations for labor and parts, emergency-response availability, and disposal of replaced materials. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals at the City's discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically through Euna OpenBids by the stated deadline; mailed, hand-delivered, faxed, and emailed bids will not be accepted.
