Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport requires construction services to remove exterior signs at multiple locations in accordance with the government specifications and Drawing 26-011A. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, transportation, construction submittals, and related work necessary for completion within 60 days after contract award. Work must comply with applicable USACE, OSHA, Davis-Bacon, safety, environmental, and hazardous-material reporting requirements. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price completion effort, evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. The anticipated magnitude is less than $25,000. A bid guarantee equal to 20% of the bid price is required, and performance and payment bonds must be furnished within 10 days after award. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide the required SPRS/CMMC information for systems processing Federal Contract Information.
