NOTICE TO BIDDERS The County of Rensselaer invites bid proposals for the following: DISHWASHING DETERGENTS Rensselaer County Department of Aging, Sheriff Department and Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home Bid proposals will be received at the Bureau of Central Services, 4 th Floor, Rensselaer County Office Building, 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, New York 12061, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026, after which time all bids received will be opened and read aloud. All items must be bid in order to be considered a responsive bid - partial bids will not be accepted. Please refer to Page 2: General Bidding Information: #6 Location requirements. All bidders must comply with the General Municipal Law, Sect. 103. The County of Rensselaer reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any informalities discovered herein. Interested Bidders may obtain bid specification and bid proposal forms, on-line at https://www.rensco.com/Bids. . Bids will not be faxed or transmitted electronically. James R. Rensselaer County is seeking bid proposals for dishwashing detergents to serve the County Department of Aging, Sheriff Department, and Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home. All items must be bid for the proposal to be considered responsive; partial bids will not be accepted. Bid specifications and proposal forms are available online. Bids may not be faxed or transmitted electronically and must comply with applicable New York General Municipal Law requirements and the solicitation's location requirements.
