Description
The 28th Contracting Squadron is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the leasing of washers and dryers for the on-base airmen dorms at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items and services to furnish, install, and maintain the contractor-owned washers and dryers, ensuring maximum efficiency. This contract will have an ordering period of five years, projected from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 532210, with a size standard of $49 million. Vendors must be certified by the Small Business Administration to be eligible. All questions and comments must be submitted in writing to matthew.shofner.1@us.af.mil and jason.wright.30@us.af.mil by July 10, 1:00 PM MDT, with the subject line 'FA469026Q0011 - Solicitation - Washer / Dryer Lease'. Answers to questions will be posted via solicitation amendment. Quotes and required items, as detailed in the Addendum to 52.212-1, are due by the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449 within the PIEE module.
