THE CITY OF STAMFORD INVITATION TO BID The City of Stamford will receive sealed Request for Proposals/Qualifications and competitive Bids for the following projects online via the City's Purchasing System, ProcureWare, at https://stamfordct.procureware.com. All sealed Bids will be publicly opened online. All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare. The project is funded in whole or in part through the Connecticut Department of Transportation State Local Bridge Program. All proposal and bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available through ProcureWare. No RFP deposit or pre-proposal meeting is required, and questions must be submitted online through the solicitation platform's Clarifications feature.
