Description
The City of Stamford is soliciting proposals for professional services related to a waste characterization study. The project is funded in whole or in part through Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling Grant funds and may involve federal financial assistance requirements. The solicitation is categorized under refuse, recycling, environmental, planning, engineering, and environmental assessment services. The resulting agreement will be subject to applicable 2 C.F.R. 200 requirements and Build America, Buy America Act requirements under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, absent an approved waiver. Proposers must have a Unique Entity ID and register with SAM.gov before the proposal due date or before contract execution. No proposal deposit or pre-proposal meeting is required.
