Description
Stamford Downtown Special Services District is seeking an experienced consultant or agency for a short-term marketing engagement. The scope includes strategic marketing guidance, brand recommendations, campaign and audience planning, marketing calendars, budgeting advice, social media management support, digital content development, analytics, paid campaigns, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. The selected provider will also train and support the Director of Marketing in copywriting, content creation, platform management, event coverage, digital tools, and campaign execution. Additional work may include coordinating photography, video, graphics, partnerships, business spotlights, event promotions, and special marketing projects. The anticipated engagement is approximately three to six months, with an estimated 20 hours per week and possible extension based on performance, organizational needs, and available funding. Proposals must include relevant experience, approach, availability and capacity, at least two work samples, at least two professional references, and a fee proposal.
