Description

Weber State University is soliciting proposals from a qualified local supplier to establish annual agreements for desktop computers, laptops, and small-form-factor or NUC-type computers for campus offices, classrooms, and student laboratories. Required configurations include specified processors, memory, solid-state storage, displays, operating systems, peripherals, and minimum four-year on-site parts-and-labor warranties. Vendors must provide component-level manufacturer, part-number, and cost information, upgrade options, delivery, assembly, optional unboxing and setup, packaging removal, warranty service, and support for devices purchased under the agreement.
