The Village of Schaumburg Information Technology Department is soliciting firm pricing for seven new Lenovo ThinkCentre M70Q Gen 6 Tiny Form Factor desktop computers and twelve new Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 14-inch laptops. The computers must meet specified Windows 11 Professional, Intel Core Ultra 5, memory, storage, connectivity, display, and accessory requirements; refurbished components and non-Lenovo manufacturers are not permitted. The awarded supplier must be an authorized Lenovo reseller and include proof of authorization with the bid. Pricing must include delivery and the required manufacturer warranties: five-year next-business-day on-site parts, labor, and service coverage for desktops; three-year equivalent coverage for laptops; and one-year equivalent battery coverage for laptops. Installation is excluded and will be performed by others. The bid must include the required bid sheet, vendor questionnaire responses, proof of authorization, insurance certificates, and bid security documentation, including an original bid guarantee delivered by the deadline.
