Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting an authorized American Nurses Credentialing Center service provider for Magnet redesignation of the Portland VA Medical Center. The scope includes reviewing submitted documentation, determining whether it meets the required threshold, reviewing appraiser reports, conducting a three-day onsite or virtual appraisal visit, validating and clarifying compliance through meetings and data review, voting on achievement of Magnet expectations, and preparing a final report for the Commission on Magnet Recognition. The requirement is structured as a firm-fixed-price base year plus three option years. Offerors must submit an executed SF 1449, completed pricing for the listed contract line items, proof of authorization from ANCC or a statement that the offeror is the manufacturer, company and SAM information, and documentation demonstrating service capability and responsibility. Award will be made to one responsible offeror offering the lowest acceptable price, with past performance considered through CPARS and other available references.
