The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for a one-year agency or organizational membership with the National Hydropower Association. The membership must provide regulatory, technical, and networking resources dedicated to the U.S. hydropower and marine energy industry. No formal solicitation will be posted. Firms that believe they can meet the requirement may submit written notification with sufficient supporting evidence demonstrating their capability. The Government may decide, at its discretion, whether to compete the procurement; absent qualifying responses, it intends to proceed with the National Hydropower Association Inc.
