The Arizona State Procurement Office has issued Request for Proposal (RFP) number BPM006796 for IT Advisory, Assessment, Verification and Validation – Consulting and Research Services. Description
The Arizona Department of Administration, State Procurement Office, is seeking one or more statewide contracts for IT advisory, assessment, verification, validation, consulting, and research services. The procurement uses a mandatory online questionnaire and requires offerors to address the solicitation instructions, offer and acceptance, confidentiality designations, conformance statements and exceptions, key personnel, insurability, proposed subcontractors, technical approach, financial capability, references, and detailed pricing. The opportunity includes a non-mandatory virtual pre-offer conference on September 17, 2026, a questions deadline of October 1, 2026, and a proposal deadline of October 8, 2026. Offerors must provide a letter of insurability with their proposal; a certificate of insurance and endorsements are required before beginning services if awarded.
