Description
The City of Boston, through its Public Facilities Department, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for trade contractors to work on the North End Community Center project located at 471 Commercial Street, Boston, MA. The project involves multiple trades with estimated costs including masonry work ($2,214,727), miscellaneous and ornamental work ($1,103,650), waterproofing, damp-proofing and caulking ($1,005,935), roofing and flashing ($1,248,965), glass and glazing ($511,600), tile ($257,768), acoustical tile ($368,902), and resilient flooring. This solicitation is conducted under M.G.L. c. 149A.
