Description
The Saint Louis Zoo seeks one non-exclusive Vendor of Record to provide as-needed linen rental services for catering, private events, food and beverage operations, and other Zoo departments. The scope includes supplying clean, professionally laundered linens in specified sizes, materials, colors, and styles; maintaining sufficient inventory; providing sample linens and swatches; and supplying bulk linen exchange bins or carts. The vendor must provide regular delivery, pickup, and exchange services, including capacity for at least three service visits per week during peak season, as well as rush and additional services when operationally feasible. The vendor is responsible for order coordination, customer service, quality control, replacement of deficient linens, delivery documentation, itemized invoicing, and service continuity. Proposals must address company experience, inventory and service capabilities, delivery responsiveness, quality-control practices, pricing, applicable fees, and exceptions. Pricing must be submitted using the attached Vendor of Record Pricing Form. The initial contract term is two years, with two additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum duration of four years.
