Letcher County Fiscal Court is soliciting demolition services in support of a Disaster Property Acquisition Project. The contractor must provide demolition work and complete the online Demolition Property Pricing Sheet. The submission requires a bid bond, transporter and landfill information, proof of active SAM.gov registration, three project references, insurance information and policies, and a drug-free workplace policy. Required acknowledgments include non-collusion, lobbying, affirmative steps for subcontractors, debarment status, conflict of interest, insurance coverage, and drug-free workplace compliance.
