Description
Wise County Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the renovation of a portion of an existing building into new administrative office space. The work includes reconfiguring interior spaces for administrative offices, conference and meeting areas, and support spaces, together with associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications. The project also includes building-systems improvements to support the new use and improve functionality, accessibility, and operational efficiency. Bidders must hold a Class A contractor license in Virginia and provide bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids.
