Description
Big Sandy Health Care, Inc. is soliciting bids for the Magoffin Pediatric Expansion project located in Salyersville, Kentucky. The project involves comprehensive renovation of the basement, first floor, and second floor of the existing facility. Work includes renovation and replacement of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, natural gas, and information technology infrastructure. An exterior elevator shaft will be constructed and an accessible elevator installed. Site improvements include masonry, sidewalk, curb, paving, and related work. The project also includes provision of construction materials and equipment, furniture, computers, monitors, and other general office equipment, as well as software and software licensing. Construction inspection and project oversight are also required. The project must comply with the AMLER Memorandum of Agreement and all applicable federal and state requirements.
