Description
This solicitation is for environmental remediation services, including lead soil abatement, at a former newspaper site in Trimble County, Kentucky. The scope of work involves pre-project planning, waste characterization and disposal arrangements for lead-impacted soils, utility locates, excavation of approximately 175 cubic yards of lead-impacted soil, transportation for off-site disposal, import and placement of clean backfill, grading, topsoil placement, seeding, site cleanup, and demobilization. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system (VSS).
