Description
The U.S. Army Mission and Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to award a sole-source contract to BE-NK D/B/A Nimlok Kentucky for the creation, construction, and initial setup/teardown training of a 60'x90' replacement modular exhibit display. The new display must be fully interchangeable with the current system. The system completion is required by September 2, 2026, with initial training to be provided at Fort Knox, KY from September 8-11, 2026. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and services, as only one source is available and the value is at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. This notice is not a request for competitive offers; no solicitation will be posted. However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement by June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Submissions should include relevant experience, pricing information, and supporting documentation, and should be sent via email to Jordan A. Fries (jordan.a.fries.civ@army.mil) and Andrea M. Skilinski (andrea.m.skilinski.civ@army.mil). The anticipated award date is July 2026.
