St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contractor services for the renovation and expansion of its Behavioral Health Emergency Department. The project involves approximately 6,800 square feet on the first floor of the hospital's main building and is intended to improve patient privacy, modernize finishes and fixtures to current behavioral health standards, and improve the work environment for emergency department staff. The project will use 100% of $2,619,000 in federal funds awarded by the Health Resources and Services Administration. Responders must meet the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200.
