Description
The City of Romulus, on behalf of the Romulus Tax Increment Finance Authority, is soliciting proposals for construction and foundation work for a 60-by-80-by-20-foot pole barn building at the City of Romulus Department of Public Works property. The project requires use of the City-provided proposal forms and specifications. Bidders must submit three physical proposal copies—one original and two marked copies—plus one electronic PDF copy in a sealed package. A separate sealed envelope containing the completed Proposal Pricing Sheet must be included, and pricing must not appear in the technical proposal. Addenda, if issued, must be printed, included, and acknowledged using the Acknowledgment of Receipt Addenda Form. The successful contractor must provide required bonds, insurance documentation, and original endorsements before contract execution.
