Description
The City seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive inspections, water-quality monitoring, and chemical treatment for airport boiler systems, cooling towers, and associated closed-loop hydronic systems. Work includes monthly onsite cooling-tower and chiller-loop inspections, water analysis, chemical adjustments, and chemical-feed-system checks, plus annual fall boiler inspections and chemistry verification. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, testing instruments, and qualified personnel, and submit a written or electronic service report after each visit. The scope also includes supplying specified cooling-tower and boiler treatment chemicals and ethylene glycol, with equivalent products permitted where stated. Product information sheets and safety data sheets for chemicals used are required with the bid. The contract is structured as a one-year yearly contract, with three additional one-year renewal options.
