The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is seeking a contractor for a design-build project to replace the excitation systems, including potential transformers, for all units at the Webbers Falls Powerhouse. The contractor will design and manufacture the equipment, deliver it to the site, remove the existing equipment, install and commission the replacement systems, and perform model validation testing and reporting.
