Description
Grand View School District 34 is soliciting bids for Category One dedicated Internet access and data transmission service at 15481 N. Jarvis Road, Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The district currently has 1 Gbps bandwidth and is requesting 2 Gbps service, while accepting bids up to 5 Gbps. Proposed service must provide guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds; any technology may be proposed. Bids must identify the proposed bandwidth, recurring price, all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The vendor must participate in the E-rate program, provide a valid SPIN, be eligible for OUSF support, permit SPIN changes, offer SPI or BEAR discount methods, and provide up to 12 months of month-to-month service during transition after the initial or renewal term. Contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
