Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids to renovate one home in Cherokee County according to the provided work write-up. The scope includes appliances, carpentry, electrical, flooring, HVAC, paint and finish, plumbing, roofing, site work, sheet metal, and gutters. The project must be completed within 45 working days, with liquidated damages of $100 per working day for extensions beyond the construction end date. Bidders must submit the mandatory bid response sheet, including pricing, site-visit information, preference selection, company details, and an authorized signature. The bid package also requires a non-collusive affidavit, a drug- and tobacco-free workplace statement or acceptance of the agency's statement, proof of TERO certification if claiming Indian preference, and the required Indian preference, subcontracting, employment, training, and core-crew information.
